Unlike metal roofs which rust over the years, CPAC Monier concrete roof tiles are virtually unaffected by weather conditions. Being concrete, it gets stronger with age. It is a fact that similar roof tiles that we produce in USA, Europe, Australia and Asia have lasted for generations.

Our "wet on wet" system of color application allow us to apply the slurry mix (cement, sand water and coloring pigment) to the tile body while the cement is still wet. Upon drying, the color and the tile body becomes one homogenous whole, hence, is expected to last indefinitely. Years of continuous exposure to the environmental elements, of course, may cause some mellowing of color, but the integrity of color remains the same.

Yes. Installation is simple and easy where proper procedures are laid in our Technical Manual. However, some roof designs are complicated and would be better handled by our expert roofers.
